Mark’s Motivation

“A successful life, I believe, is lived through understanding and passionately pursuing your own path, not chasing the dreams of others.  There is no passion found in playing small or settling for less.  Helping you achieve your dream of business ownership and to live a passionate and successful life is why I got into the brokerage business and what motivates me daily.”

Background

Mark comes to Sanborn and Company after nearly 20 years of practicing law in Colorado.

Mark’s focus has always been to forge lasting relationships with individuals and owners.  A successful outcome is just the beginning in building a valued partnership. Clients and customers are comforted in knowing that Mark is a seasoned professional, who has the knowledge and background necessary to evaluate and transact business sales and commercial real estate leases, purchases and sales.

Clients and customers benefit from Mark’s legal experience in many valuable ways.  They often comment about his insightful analysis and negotiating acumen.  Focused on maximizing value for his clients ethically and fairly, Mark believes that this philosophy creates successful, lasting outcomes.

Before associating with Sanborn and Company, Mark was a principal in a local law firm for nine years, and practiced in a large firm as well as solo.  He understands the challenges business owners face in building and sustaining a successful enterprise.  In addition to his own business, Mark has assisted others in selling and buying businesses, and representing them in real estate sales, acquisition, and leasing.  Since 1999, Mark limited his legal practice exclusively to real estate and business matters.
